A Small potato in "The Unit"

Some Up's and Down's for the last few weeks working in this unit:

Ups: the relationship problem...seem to be resolved
Get to meet junior MOs outside workplace, eg. for meal...actually they're very playful and easy to go along (though quite mo liu at times)

Downs: had 2 crash calls in this month. I'm partially resposible for the death of a patient as I failed to catch the moment the patient was deteriorating. Definitely not a good thing...
and I learned that some MOs and nurses don't like me because I'm inefficient...I don't know how to response to that...feeling depressed yet angry at the same time...

Though I sweared I will never back there to work in future, this 3 months is definitely an unforgettable experience.

I do miss some people, like my HO colleagues, junior MO in my team...
If that incident didn't happen...we could be closer....
